Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

For hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, and other sealed personal-care items cannot be returned once opened.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Return

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the incorrect product was received.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will send a replacement free of charge.

If a replacement cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Lingerie
  • Sealed personal-care products

Cancellation Policy

At Oliver Newcastle, we begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Cancelling an Order

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be:

  • Processing
  • Packed
  • Awaiting shipment
  • Shipped

Once processing has begun, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
